After your free trial, subscribe using Stripe Checkout. You pay only for the Azubis you have.
Billing adjusts automatically
The seat count in Stripe is kept in sync with your actual Azubi count. Add or remove Azubis anytime.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as one "Azubi seat"?
Any member of your organization with the "Azubi" role counts as one seat. Admins, Ausbilders, and owners do not count.
Can I add more Azubis during the month?
Yes. The seat count in Stripe is updated when you sync from the billing page. Stripe prorates any additional seats automatically.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to all features for the trial period with no credit card required. After the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
The minimum billed quantity is 1 seat. Even if you temporarily have zero Azubis, the subscription is kept active at 1 seat.
How is payment handled?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment details on our servers.
